How Latt Got Her Name

It's been a while now. Kenapa semakin cuti semakin malas? Aduh, parah..parah. Anyway, entry kali ini adalah hasil cetuhan ilham seorg kwn baik lama, Michelle Lee Huong Tiing (i still remember ur full name, yeay!) .

Latt. This is one of my nick name. Bagaimana timbulnya nama ini? haha...salahkan Armararuben dan Mohd Afiq Musa. They were both my classmate masa lower form, 2 Al-Ghazalie.

Look into the picture closely. I used to have a mole, quite big, about 0.6 cm in diameter, about 0.7 - 0.8 cm height and abour 0.2 - 0.3 cm thick. I measured it, seriously. Haha. There, next to my lower nose, on the right. Ruben and Afiq started the whole thing. Mereka ini suka mengusik kurniaan yang Tuhan berikankepadaku =.=" They even made a song out of it! It sounds like this:

Terbang lalat, terbang lalat..
Hinggap di muka.
Muka siapa, muka siapa..
Muka lah NISA!

They always sing this song in class, and in front of me purposely. LOL! yes, aku sgt marah pada mereka at first. Tapi, lama-kelamaan, I'm used to it. After that onwards, this Ruben boy call me with the name Lalat. "Oi, Lalat!" he called. Dan ramai lah jugak classmate yang turut memanggilku dgn nama itu. Eventually, it became 'Latt'. However, I must say, this is something to remember. haha..Thanks to them, I have a unique nick name.

I get rid of the mole after SPM. Bukan kerana aku malu, not at all. Tapi, it's for health purposes. The mole never stop growing. And it's time to eliminate it. Besides, aku masih ada lebih kurang 11 mole yang lain on my face. Be my guest to count them. Aku tak tipu. Haha.

Dr. Pubalan perform a minor procedure on me. Aku teringat kata2 Dr. Pubalan sebelum beliau memulakan procedure, "I'll make a very nice scar for you.." And yes he did, the scar is almost not noticeable. But, after few months, i noticed, the mole grows back. Dr. Pubalan said the root is too deep inside, he was unable to take out all of it. Hm, tak apalah..

Bercakap tentang nick name. I do have few other nick name though. One of my favourite is 'BEM'. This, I got masa upper form, Birunie class. Di beri oleh my classmate, Thailis Bounya Ngelayang, Faddrine Holt Ajon Jang, and their friends. Where does BEM come from? Haha..masa zaman kami, ada satu bahasa yang sgt luas dipergunakan. bahasa terbalik. e.g. kenapa = apanek. Masa ni, batch kami sungguh fasih menggunakan bahasa ini, bercakap with each words diterbalikkan. Cool. I was once fluent as well. Tapi, semakin ramai pulak yg fasih. So, org yg mengasaskan bahasa terbalik ini makes it even harder. They improvise. e.g. Pondan = nadnop = naden. Super cool.

Okay, about 'BEM'. Masa di MRSM Kuching dulu, I used to be a bit, just a bit boyish., according to my classmates. urghh...Aku tak nampak celah mana pulak aku ni boyish =.=" So, mereka kata aku ni tomboi. mengikut hukum hakam bahasa terbalik tomboi = iobmot. And as the word was improvised, it became 'YOBEM'. Eventually 'yobem' becomes 'BEM'. Begitulah ceritanya...

So, 'BEM' dan 'LATT' adalah my favourite nick names. and now, aku telah improvise 2 nama itu menjadi 'bemlattoy', which is my skype name yg aku baru buat (sungguh jakun). huhu..anyway, people usually call me nisa. tak ramai pun yang tau pasal sejarah 'bem' dan 'latt'. so now you know ^_^
