so tell me how do i remember all these drugs, their mechanism of action, their side effect, to know who and why a person should take a drug compared to the other drug, all the bacteria, their virulence factor, what disease do they caused, what is the feature of each infection, how to diagnose them in labs, which antibiotics to use, is the bacteria resistant to that antibiotic, then all these genetic diseases, which allele is mutated, their clinical manifestation, then those cancers, their chemotherapy agent, their prognosis......................................and the list goes on.

calm down. jika Allah berkehendak akan sesuatu, maka akan terjadilah ia. kita sebagai manusia perlu berusaha dan terus berusaha. berdoa dan bertawakal. selebihnya adalah urusan Allah :)
